FreshPosts provides a blog writing service for small businesses. We write, format, and publish blog posts directly to your WordPress website. By using FreshPosts, you agree to these terms.

Pricing and Payment

• Plans are billed monthly. No annual contracts required.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
• The 2 free trial posts require no credit card and no commitment.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Content Ownership

• Blog posts we write and publish to your site belong to you.
• If you cancel, all published posts remain on your website.
• We may use anonymized performance data to improve our service.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information so we can write relevant content.
• Grant WordPress publishing access so we can post to your site.
• Ensure your website is functional and accessible.

What We Promise

• We deliver the number of blog posts included in your plan each month.
• Posts are original and written specifically for your business.
• We include SEO optimization and structured data on every post.

What We Do Not Promise

• We do not guarantee specific search rankings or traffic numbers. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.
• We are not responsible for technical issues with your website or hosting provider.

Limitation of Liability

FreshPosts' total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
