On the Starter plan, posts publish automatically on their scheduled date. On any plan, you can always edit posts after they are published through your WordPress admin panel.

Yes, 100%. Every blog post, audio overview, and video summary published to your site belongs to you. If you cancel your subscription, all content stays on your website. You can edit, repurpose, or redistribute the content however you like. There are no licensing restrictions or takebacks.

FreshPosts researches what your potential customers are actually searching for on Google. We analyze search volume, competition level, and relevance to your specific business. During setup, you choose broad topic areas, and we find the specific questions and keywords within those areas that have the best chance of bringing traffic to your site.

Absolutely. You can suggest topics or specific questions through your FreshPosts dashboard at any time. We will check the keyword potential and work your suggestions into the content calendar. If a suggested topic has strong search demand, it gets prioritized. You can also update your general topic preferences whenever you want.

Yes. Every blog post is written specifically for your business, your location, and the keywords your customers search for. Content is never copied or recycled between different FreshPosts users. Each post is original, includes real data and statistics, and is tailored to your audience and industry.

No. Google has stated clearly that AI-generated content is acceptable as long as it is helpful, reliable, and created for people rather than to manipulate rankings. FreshPosts works best with self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) sites. WordPress.com Business and eCommerce plans also work because they support Application Passwords. Each FreshPosts subscription is connected to one WordPress site. If you manage multiple websites, you can create separate accounts for each, each with its own plan and content calendar tailored to that site. FreshPosts currently creates content in English. We are actively working on adding support for additional languages. If you need content in a specific language, email us at hello@freshpostspro.com and we will let you know our timeline.

All posts that have been published to your site stay there permanently — they are yours. FreshPosts simply stops creating new posts at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees, no takebacks, and no content removal. You can resubscribe anytime and pick up where you left off.

Log in to your FreshPosts dashboard and go to Settings, then Billing. You will see all available plans with a button to upgrade. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. Your new post limits and features are available right away. We give you 2 free posts before you pay anything so you can judge the quality risk-free. If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied within the first 14 days, email us at hello@freshpostspro.com and we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, but refunds are not available for the current billing period.
